How Does the Parent Study Protect My Information?
To make sure all the information you provide at any point in our study is safe, several layers of security are in place. Only specific, well-trained researchers have access to the server where your data is held. All identifying information stored on these servers is also protected and encrypted, making sure your information is secured at all times.
All study staff members have signed legally binding agreements that ensure they will not disclose any information for any reasons other than this research project. Additionally, the study has obtained a federal Certificate of Confidentiality which further protects your private information.
